An Approach to Dynamic Disaster Prevention in Strong Rock Burst Coal Seam under Multi-Aquifers: A Case Study of Tingnan Coal Mine

In order to prevent the multi-dynamic disasters induced by rock burst and roof water inrush in strong coal seams under multi-aquifers, such as is case with 207 working face Tingnan mine considered this study, exhibited characteristics of two types dynamic disasters, namely inrush, were analyzed. Based on lithology predicted caving height roof, contradiction between was light these analyses, an integrated method, pre-splitting at a high position shattering low position, proposed. According results numerical modelling, pre-crack blasting higher layers enables cantilever cave time, thereby reducing risk burst, underlying helps increase crushing degree rock, which beneficial for decreasing above goaf, preventing occurrence inrush.
